Traditional Learning
- You can ask a question and receive instant responses from the professors and/or students.

- Conversations with the professor are limited because of their requirements to teach multiple classes and conduct research.
- Larger class sizes limit the opportunity for interaction and the true individual attention students receive.
- Private interaction between teacher and student is often severely limited in a busy classroom.
- The traditional classroom usually requires everyone travel to a single location, and there is a fixed amount of time for interaction, there is no flexibility.
- You can make friends, have social interaction, and some fun.
- If you are sick and cannot make class you have to hope that you have made friends with someone that is a really good note taker or the professor will share his/her lecture notes.
